Groundbreakers Collective
Description: 
Located in the beautiful Bulkley Valley in northern BC, Groundbreakers Collective is a group of ordinary folks with an extraordinary vision for sustainability. We believe in building strong communities through local food, by planting, tending, growing, harvesting, and, best of all, healthy eating. Groundbreakers is both a charitable organization and a social enterprise cooperative. On the charitable side of things, the group provides educational programs and hands-on workshops on food preservation as a means to make the most of local food all year round.

Speech and Language Program

Northern Health
Description: 
The Northern Health Speech & Language Program provides services for children from birth to kindergarten entry. These services are offered at NO COST to families. The speech-language pathologists aim to be family focused and encourage parents or other caregivers to be actively involved in their child’s communication development, goal planning, and therapy activities.     Our services consist of screenings, assessments, referrals to other services, group therapy, individual therapy and workshops/training for parents and community service providers.
